2. The information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company and the details you send us through our contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Client information: contact and billing details and project information when you become a client.
• Website usage: technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools where you allow them.

3. How we use your information and our lawful bases

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals – legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver our services and manage our relationship with you – performance of a contract.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations – legal obligation.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it – consent, where non-essential cookies are used.
• To send you marketing about our services – consent or, for existing clients, legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Marvice’s delivery teams are based in India and some of our service providers operate outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if you do not become a client, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.
